SyMon captures and displays activity on system interfaces in real-time and decodes raw data into human readable form.
It allows:
• Display and Analysis of the inputs and outputs to one or more systems
• Capture of the message traffic and system behaviour for later offline analysis using the inbuilt Playback functionality (freeing up 'in demand' test resources).
SyMon provides an array of facilities designed to provide a feature rich environment to rapidly identify system interface errors and behaviour
Data can be analysed in raw byte form, or in human readable form using the definitions entered into SySpec. This provides an intuitive interface, removing the need for the operator to understand the sometimes complex relationships between the raw data and it’s operational meaning.
Captured data values are automatically verified against valid ranges entered into SySpec.
Real-time 'Triggers' can be specified which can alert the user when certain values are reached. These can also be used to place a 'Bookmark' into a Log file.
